Work Dijkstaal:
Supplying and installing 12 tons of steel. The project includes the main steel structure, approx. 46m² of steel grating floors, steps, approx. 50m¹ of industrial fencing, 2 swing gates and 2 cage ladders. All steelwork in thermally galvanized version according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461-99.
In addition, we were also allowed to provide the roof and facade cladding (approx. 94m²).
Other details:
- The work took place in Feluy, South Belgium (near the French border) on an industrial/chemical "plant";
- The entire steel structure was fire-resistant protected by us after installation by applying fire-resistant spray mortar Cafco FENDOLITE MII, supplied via Reppel. This protection is necessary for the cellulose fires that can occur on this "plant".
In short: a great “turn-key” project where we completely relieved our client of all his worries.
