Client: iFS Building Systems on behalf of G&S Bouw
Architect: Powerhouse Company
Activities Dijkstaal: Supply and installation of approx. 25 tons of steel for the unique steel construction for the transparent facade of the ING Pavilion.
Steel construction consisting of:
• Strips 250mm wide in thicknesses of 25, 30 and 35mm.
Strips have been provided by us with, among other things:
o Milled rules for tooth connection;
o Stud welds M6x20
The entire steelwork has been provided with a 2-layer architectural powder coating with an adjusted gloss level.
Dijkstaal has been a partner of iFS Building Systems for quite some time and to its full satisfaction and is a popular party in this specialization with architectural steelwork due to its experience with multiple glass sections and facade builders.
