Scope of work:
The design, engineering, packaging and delivery of a floating steel modular truss bridge with a clear span of 43.75 meters. Including steel decks, crash barriers, bearings, slatted floors, balustrades, fasteners, etc.
Based on our installation manual, the bridge was built locally and sailed into location. The design has been calculated for traffic class 60. This means that the bridge is suitable for vehicles with a total weight of 60 tons = 60,000 kg.
The bridge is located on a pontoon in Suriname to load and unload the ferry to French Guiana.
