Scope of supply: Delivery and assembly of the main steel structure of approximately 100 tons of steel. The construction is 17 meters high and has a footprint of 9x9 meters.

We've also supplied:

• Approximately 200 meters of industrial fencing, partly equipped with a kick edge (entirely in accordance with the Indorama Safety Standard);
• Approximately 200m² of hot-dip galvanized steel mesh gratings with anti-slip
• All stairs and steps;
• Various platforms;
• 2 steel cage ladders (entirely in accordance with the Indorama Safety Standard);
• 2 pieces of GRP safety gates (entirely in accordance with the Indorama Safety Standard);

The steelwork is largely in S355 quality and fully hot-dip galvanized in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 1461-99.

Dijkstaal has been able to carry out several large assignments for Indorama in recent years, as well as smaller maintenance and modification assignments, to their mutual satisfaction.

Because Dijkstaal is NEN-EN 1090 certified up to and including EXC.3 and as we're located close to the Port of Rotterdam and it's industry, and because we're also VCA** certified, we regularly visit these types of plants.

Indorama Ventures is the largest producer of PET for packaging purposes. PET is the world's most widely used recyclable plastic and has countless applications in packaging materials, such as the well-known soft drink and water bottles.
Indorama Ventures has a production location with 3 factories and a utilities factory in the Rotterdam Europoort area.
