Our fabricators are craftsmen and make sure that even the most complex assemblies are carried out exactly according to the drawings.
Our production process is certified up to EXC.3 of the NEN-EN 1090 standard and the underlying welding qualification according to ISO 3834-2.
We are also well-equipped when it comes to machinery. We have two CNC-controlled production lines that are directly operated from our 3D design software, Tekla Structures. By adding “scribing” and a solid internal check, we have minimized the risk of errors.
Our saw-drill line can saw and drill anything up to a maximum length of 22 meters, and up to HEM 1000 (the largest standard rolled profile available).
Our punch-shear line can process strip and flat steel up to 25 mm thick. It is also equipped with a drill, so we can drill the material instead of punching it.
And our welding robot can weld sections up to 20 meters.
When the steel leaves our facility, sometimes we deliver it directly to the customer, but usually it is preserved by wet painting, hot-dip galvanizing, and/or powder coating.
After that, our fitters assemble the steel structures on location in a solid and safe way, often using cranes and aerial work platforms: Meccano for professionals!
