Dijkstaal works with very modern machines. Our machine lines are CNC-controlled and can work fully automatically. They are controlled directly from the 3D drawing package Tekla Structures (based on the model).
The profiles and products are sawn or cut to size and provided with the necessary holes by punching or drilling. In addition, the products are also provided with a brand number and engraving ("scribing") to facilitate assembly in the factory and assembly on location.
For even more efficient production, we use an advanced IRPS welding robot. This allows us to weld with consistent quality and higher speed – both in series and with single pieces.
The robot works on the basis of scanning technology and does not need to be programmed. It scans the workpiece, automatically adjusts its actions and learns from previous assignments.

With this machine line, the profiles are cut to size and provided with the hole pattern according to the 3D Tekla Structures model.
Beams, tubes, pipes, (heavier) angle steel are processed.
The maximum length is: 24.5 meters.

On this machine we produce (head and foot) plates and wind braces from angle or flat steel.
In addition to being cut, the holes can also be drilled or tapped fully automatically and provided with numbering or scribing (engraving).

After punching and cutting, the plates are finished depending on the required degree of finishing.

For bending heavy steel profiles, we rely on the PB800A from Dynobend.
This CNC-controlled machine bends HE-A profiles up to 800 mm with high precision and reproducibility.
